It’s been a tough year.. I have to say. But despite all the falls and heartache that I’ve gone through I’m not letting anything stop me from being the best that I can be!! I have theee greatest friends who are always by my side and helping me get through life. They were the ones who helped me through relationships and life’s bumpy hills.. They were the ones who held me up when tears were falling.. They’ve seen me through all my up’s and down’s. They’re my Ride or Die crew ;)
I’m half way done with school.. I still can’t believe it! I remember as if it was just yesterday I stepped foot on campus.. It def. brings tears to my eyes knowing that time has flew by sooo fast and soon before I know it, I’ll be walking along my peers. *sighs.
There are many things to experience in life. Traveling, love, deaths, friendships and many more. I am starting a new beggining with great people in my life with so many connections. I am grateful for all the people who I’ve met. This summer will be a GREAT summer filled with fun and great memories.. I can’t wait!!
Today I’m going in for an interview!! Things have looked up for me since school ended the second week of May. I’m trying to keep up with life and stay motivated. I’m also doing an internship with The Family Partnership in Mpls! I”m excited to get to work with younger kids and help them get ready for Pre-K and watch them grow!! Wish me luck on my interview!!

Guys these days are hard to find and figure out. We’re kinda stuck in this society where you need someone who’s determined and loving as you are! Try making a living in the US- no it’s not easy :/ Kinda sucks, but if you can find someone .. your sign. other- and they can answer these five questions.. with answers that satisfies your needs in a partner, then you know you’ve found the right one!
It’s not easy trying to be the ‘perfect’ one- because NO ONE IS PERFECT. we all have our flaws, but we learn from our mistakes and we learn from our mothers who know-it-all.. and who we can run to for help..
it may not happen over night.. but you gotta have hope and be faithful!

So, today I went in for an interview at North commons.. It went really good.. The coordinator and two counselors were very cool and smiley (which I think is a good thing!) ha. anyways, got that one done with! Hoepfully I do get the intern.. Sounds like a really good intern for me to do since it ties well with my major which I’m studying and create more connections with people! Yay!!
Then I went to meet with a Dr. professor! and man, she seems pretty cool too! lol. I didn’t even know I went in for an informal interview.. haha. I found she was looking for people to work with her on a scholar project and I quickly emailed her my resume and a research paper.. Right after, she sent me an email to come in and meet with her the next day.. Kinda thought I was in trouble -__- but NOPE! I got the job offer right away!!! How sweet is that?! lol. *whew! now, theres so much to do!! in so little time. aiya!!! hahaha. I’m so excited to be working with her and at these different internships locations! ahh!!!!
It’s going to be a great summer! That’s for sure!!!! So far, so good. my day’s been pretty good.. *sighs, Now, I just gotta stay focus and put on the right hat! EEek! Im so exicted!
